The Ugliness of Low Self Confidence!
How fine life would be if we all felt like a million dollars 24 hours a day,7 days a week! We would never, ever feeling like we have woken up in a pit, full of self confidence lows, having the energy to just jump out of bed and meet the day with loads of enthusiasm and knowing that we are going to get through the day without worries of any kind. The sun will shine all day, with just enough breeze to keep our bodies cool.

Making Life Easier, With NLP Chunking
You know, in psychology there is a rule, especially within the NLP circles that I work in and the NLP literature that I read, it is quite a famous rule; 7 plus or minus 2 – this is the notion that the conscious mind can only keep track of between 5 and 9 discrete pieces of information at one time. Your unconscious can literally keep track of billions and billions of things at the same time aparently (clever thing that it is!), while your conscious mind is more one step at a time and it has a fairly narrow focus.

Speakers are ordinarily people, from teachers to grandparents, from mountain climbers to cancer survivors. The platform provides them with a privilege and awesome responsibility to share their stories in a way that helps the audience to “wake up.

Your Life Is What You Make Of It
This article describes how your life is what you make of it. If you are willing to work hard to reach your ambitions and goals, there is no reason why should not attain them. In my opinion far too many people try to take short cuts or are too willing to expect free hand outs from other people or have the credit card attitude of buy now, pay later. I hope you enjoy the read.

We all know life is full of choices. The most powerful choice you have to make is how you view your life.

Making Choices: Taking Responsibility For Our Lives
Think about this: everything you feel, think, and do is totally your own responsibility. All your reactions to others and to what they say or do to you are also your own responsibility. And all your reactions to neighborhood, community, and global events are also your own responsibility. That means there is no one whom you can blame for how you feel about negative things…everything becomes your own choice.

The Word Can't Does Not Exist In My Vocab
I remember when I was growing up, my parents used to become vey annoyed with me when I stated that I could not do my homework or could not do other things I had been asked to do.
They would respond with the advice that I could do anything in life as long as I believed in myself and as long as I was willing to work very hard. The word, can't, does not exist in my vocab Steve, I sometimes find certain tasks difficult however always believe that I will be able to succeed, my father would say.

The Manifesting Mindset for self improvement.
For years we have been exposed to self help and motivational instruction that focuses heavily on the physical world.
For some this has been highly effective while for others this hasn’t always been the case.
Why is that? I believe that success comes to those who have the manifesting mindset.

The definition of success may be different for every person, but when getting to grips with the term, essentially it is about who you are, and who you are becoming. Too often than not though, we make lists of goals we want to achieve, but the list remains on the nightstand or kitchen table.
