1). Yachts Rescue Monaco Real Estate
Monaco’s annual yacht show which ran Wednesday 21 September to Saturday 24 September attracted over ninety of the world’s finest yachts and five hundred of the world’s best yachting companies.
The show has grown in popularity over the fifteen years since it began, and this year attracted over twenty thousand visitors to the Principality.
The luxury yachting market has tripled in the last eight years, and helped along by orders from Russia’s ‘nouveau riche’, the industry has seen an increase in orders of over a quarter in the last year alone.

2). Prince Albert of Monaco Goes To The North Pole
More used to Grand Prix cars than dog sleighs, Monaco’s Prince Albert’s forthcoming trek to the North Pole has been greeted with surprise by many.
But the Prince is fairly accustomed to the cold, in contrast to the sunshine of Monaco where he became ruler last July following the passing of his father Prince Rainier, who had ruled the tax haven for over 50 years.

4). Monaco Creates A New Island
Monaco is to build a new island in the Mediterranean, just off Monte Carlo, confirming rumours that have been circulating for a year of a major new development in the Principality.
With a surface area of some 275,000 square metres, the development adds size to the world's second smallest country - but not enough to lift it up from it's exisitng ranking in land area.
