1). Phishing Scam
A lot has been written about all known kinds of scams including "Phishing". But criminals keep on throwing their nets and having quite a good take. Therefore we have to continue exposing the phishing attempts. And since "it is better to see once than hear 10 times" I want to share with you 2 emails that I have recently received. These are really similar letters (in fact it is almost the same one with tiny differences).

2). “Phishing” for Suckers: Two Things You Should Look For In An email
Copyright 2006 John Young “For Your Immediate Attention! Don’t Lose Your Account! Update Immediately!” Bob opened the email and was confronted by the logo of one of his major credit card companies. He had been carrying the card for some time, and had used it for a lot of online purchases. Understandably he was concerned with the message under the logo: “Due to online identity theft, we need to verify that the information in your account is accurate, or we will be required by the FTC to suspend it”.
